How to Advocate for Hearing Loss Awareness
Hearing loss affects millions of people worldwide, yet remains largely
It’s with a heavy heart that I announce that in obedience with the COVID-19 guidelines of our local government and in accordance with the guidelines suggested by The American Academy of Audiology, Big Thicket Hearing will be closed for in-office appointments starting Tuesday, March 24.
During this time, please know that you’re not alone.
If you need help with any challenges, have questions or need anything at all, I will personally be available at (409) 751-2590.
You may also reach me via email at joniruiz@bigthickethearing.com.
In situations where you may need repairs or attention to your hearing devices, then a pre-scheduled curb-side service will also be available.
Please know that I am here beyond your hearing care, if there is anything that you need, even if it’s just a conversation – then please call.
You are my family, please see me as yours.
